International Shipping Instructions
1. Different countries have different import tariffs. If tariffs are required, the buyer must pay them.
2. The international return and exchange procedures are complicated and the postage is high. We do not accept returns or exchanges for overseas orders. Thank you for your understanding.
3. Overseas shopping delivery services involve certain risks. If the goods are damaged during the delivery process, the buyer must bear the responsibility.
4. Overseas orders - After placing the order (excluding the ordering day), the goods will be dispatched within 3 working days. Since the delivery time varies from region to region, please contact us at yongkangservice@gmail.com to inquire about the delivery time.
5.Please refer to the shopping cart options for the countries that can be shipped. If you need a country other than the options, please contact us.
Notes on overseas member registration
1. Please use the English name on your passport as the registrant/collector to avoid being unable to receive the product
2. If there are products in the order that cannot be shipped overseas, the order will not have the overseas delivery option
