Return and Exchange Instructions
The returned merchandise must be unused and free from stains and faults not caused by human factors. The Consumer Protection Law protects the 7-day appreciation period, which is only for you to hesitate and confirm whether the product meets your needs. It is not a trial period for the product. When returning or exchanging goods, please keep the goods intact and confirm that the quantity is intact. If you purchase a discounted combination product, please also send back the free items together. Please use the original packaging to send it back, otherwise we will not accept returns or exchanges.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following situations:
- The product appreciation period exceeds 7 days.
- The product has been opened and used, or has been damaged due to human factors, such as: soiled, faulty, damaged, worn, abraded, scratched, or dirty.
- If the returned package is damaged during transportation due to packaging defects, the company will have the right to refuse the return or exchange service application.
- The returned product is incomplete or the accessories and gifts are missing.
- For overseas orders, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective products. Please consider carefully before placing an order.
- Bonus points, shopping credits, and coupons used during purchase will be refunded when the return and refund are completed. If the usage period has expired, they cannot be refunded.
- Malicious or high volume returns.
Please also cooperate with the following points, which will speed up the processing time of returns and exchanges:
1. The returned merchandise must maintain the integrity of the product itself, original inner and outer packaging, accessories, gifts, warranty, and all accompanying documents or materials. No accessories must be missing. It is recommended that you take photos for record before returning the product.
2. Please be sure to pack the product in the original outer carton. If the outer carton has been discarded, please use another carton to cover the original color box packaging of the product. Do not stick stickers, write words directly on the original packaging, or do anything that may damage the outer color box. If there is damage, the necessary cost of restoring it may be charged according to the degree of damage.
3. If it is a single combination of goods, you need to return the entire order. Sorry, you cannot return some items separately.
4. The refund amount is limited to the amount of the ordered goods and does not include the shipping cost of the order. For returns of a single order, you will still need to bear the processing fee for this order (shipping and packaging fee of $70), which will be deducted directly from the refund amount.
5. Please do not send the goods back by yourself. Goods sent back by yourself without permission will be refused and returned without refund.
6. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for products on the site once they have been unpacked; products that do not meet the return criteria will be returned and no refund will be given.
7. Special products (such as short-term products/NG products) will not be accepted for return or exchange once sold.
8. If you use ATM payment, convenience store payment, or cash on delivery, please fill in complete and correct refund information when applying for return.

Return Process
- After you submit a return or exchange application, we will contact you to understand the product usage status and confirm the delivery of the product.
- Provide the collection time, contact information and address, and entrust the delivery to the logistics company for collection.
Refund Instructions
After receiving the returned goods, the relevant department will check the condition of the goods. If there is no problem, a refund will be arranged.
- Credit card online payment:The refund will take about 7-10 working days and will be directly refunded to your original credit card account. The actual time is still subject to the working days of each issuing bank. You can also inquire with the credit card issuing bank.
- Over-the-counter payment/ATM transfer:The funds will be remitted back to the remittance account designated by the consumer. Please provide (account name, bank account number, branch code) during the return process. The refund will be returned to your account within 14-21 days after confirmation.
