Delivery Service Method

1. Delivery method

Home delivery and convenience store pickup service available

Home delivery: Products will be sent via Kuroneko Delivery Service. Unfortunately, we cannot specify the delivery time.
Pick up at convenience stores: You can choose to pick up at FamilyMart or 7-11 convenience stores. The store will send a text message notification when the product is delivered. You must pick up the product within seven days of delivery.

2. Shipping Instructions

  1. After placing an order (excluding the ordering day), the item will be shipped within 3 working days, excluding holidays

  2. The delivery time is Monday to Friday. No shipment will be made on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.

  3. The above shipping time will be adjusted in case of special events or large order quantities. The actual shipping time will prevail. Thank you for your understanding.

  4. In case of special holidays or other force majeure factors, such as typhoons, earthquakes and other natural disasters, the Name of Pets will adjust shipments according to the situation and announce it to members.

  5. If the order contains pre-order items, they must be shipped together with the pre-order items after they arrive and cannot be shipped separately; the delivery time for pre-order items is usually 10-30 days.

  6. If you choose [Home Delivery]: The actual delivery situation will be determined by the route arranged by the home delivery driver.

  7. If you choose [Convenience Store]: Please pay attention to the arrival message and pick up the goods within 7 days after arrival. Please do not fail to pick up the goods without reason. Any shipping loss will be borne by the customer.

  8. Overseas Regions | Currently, overseas delivery regions include Macau, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, the United States, Canada and Australia. The freight is based on the amount displayed by the system when placing an order.
